THE ROOTS OF MIMOUNA

In Constantine, there is a tradition that continues: to make lemonade, in summer, to cool off.
My grandmother prepared it according to a secret recipe she got from her mother, who herself got it from her mother.

It all started one day when the weather was sad, rainy. My morale was low. That day, I was concocting my grandmother's lemonade and… A ray of sunshine came into me!

While drinking it, I realized that I didn't know anything comparable. Seduced by its freshness and taste, my children and my friends always asked me for a glass of my lemonade.

This is how I decided to embark on the adventure by creating my brand of organic and artisanal Made in France lemonade.

MIMOUNA was born! This word means "luck is with you". I had the crazy idea to bring the sun into your hearts.
